Since my birth I soak up been raised that integrity in unmatcheds self is the key to my future. You can flummox away my character, take my job and livelihood, my family everything but you cannot take my persuasion in myself and the integrity in my word, fully in my actions and my person-to-person religion. In our text book Robert Lussier (2009) says Integrity refers to behavior that is honest and ethical, making a person trustworthy. Integrity is the opposite of seek self-interest at the expense of others; its about macrocosm honestno lying, cheating, or stealing. In both my rush in the military and at Intel Corporation as a Global Business Group Manager my reputation was for be honest and having integrity in all I did.

Again, as with Integrity I have always relied on myself to do my jobs, earn my grades, and rely on my abilities as tumefy as to know when I am out of my aptitude zone and to work with others where I am weak.



This has built my world power to make good decisions, have excellent judgment and have the self-assurance to sign on whatever I am operative on or in the team I am part of to complete the task and do so to a higher place the standard required; once and a while I have been viewed as arrogant but in around cases and by most people and by my managers I am seen as humble and confident.
3. Flexibility
Throughout my career one of the main abilities I have shown has been to be flexible and strength to change direction on a moments notice. As a global manager working with some magazine zones, personalities and cultures one has to adapt to be successful. This has been one of my strongest skills from my time in the military to my job as a trafficker manager today.
